Rates for Service

Use of Reception/Meeting Room only for 4 hours

Room only   $400.00   plus $200.00 Deposit           Additional hours $50/hour

Decorative arrangements on tables         $100.00 extra plus tax

 

Use of Wedding Chapel

Wedding Chapel only               (up to 10 guest for 1 hr.)                     $250 plus $200 deposit       

Wedding Chapel only               (up to 150 guest for 3 hr.)                   $500.00 plus $200 Deposit

 

Use of Wedding Chapel and Reception Hall ( no decorations)

6 hours                                                                                                         $1000.00 Plus $300.00 deposit

Rehearsal Time - One hour confirmed by coordinator 2 weeks prior to wedding

 

Complete Wedding Packages                                                                 $1,500 + $500 Deposit + Tax

Basic             Pew bows, 2 fern baskets, 2 candelabras                        

includes greenery & candles. Reception Hall with tables & table cloths.

 

Deluxe Wedding Packages                                                                      $2,000 = $500 Deposit +  Tax

Basic  package plus bride’s & maid of honor       

bouquet, groom’s & best man’s  boutonnieres, table decorations.

 

Complete Wedding and Reception                                                          $2,500.00 + $750 Deposit + Tax

Includes Deluxe package plus wedding cake, groom’s cake, napkins&, punch and coffee.

All serving utensils & glass plates provided.

 

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN SERVERS.

Unity candle holder                   $20  (includes 2 side candles)

Deposit required at time of reservation.

Balance due must be paid 60 days prior to day of event.

If event is canceled or client fails to pay by due date, all moneys paid to date will be forfeited.

Cleaning fee and damage charges will deducted from deposit, balance will be refunded within 30 days after reservation date.

Payment may be made by cash, check or money order.  A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

All service providers must register with Candlelight Chapel 2 weeks prior to date of event.

Caterers will provide copy of bond and state health certificate.

All events will be scheduled so as to end by 10:00 PM.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
